I fell in love with the hand carved, Abalone Hibiscus Flower Charm at a recent Gem Show and knew it would be beautiful if incorporated into an organic necklace design.  The Abalone Hibiscus Flower is backed by a handmade, Sterling Silver etched charm that is "ruffled" and is a perfect backdrop to the flower.  I wanted to enhance the colors of the flower so decided to add a handful of top quality, faceted Labradorites that climb up one side of the chain.  The bottom Labradorite dangles freely adding a touch of whimsy to this Woods and Willow necklace design.  
 
The chain is a very unusual link and is substantial but with a delicate flair for this feminine piece.  The length of this necklace is about 18".  
We are in love with this charming piece that has a bohemian vibe to it that would look stunning with tops that are in the cool tones, such as blue, green, grey or even black!  So many options because of the versatile color palette of this piece.
