My story with Woods and Willow is that I combine both creative talents from my parents into my jewelry designs.  My father was a landscape designer and my mother was a very talented seamstress.  With this "Turquoise Petunia" necklace, I channeled them both, especially a seamstress tip from my Mother on how to curve material around objects.  Hence this unique, bezel setting that is etched and scalloped and snugs around the plump, Natural Turquoise stone!  It is a truly unique way of bezel setting stones because it is a wide bezel setting that has been formed to "spill" onto the face of the handmade, Sterling charm, yet have the flexibility to properly bezel set the stone.  
 
I've had this vision in my mind and after many attempts, I have it figured out and am thrilled to make more of this design that will be coming soon in my necklace collections.
It hangs from a 20" Larimar Beaded Chain and the combination of the Larimar stones with their cool, Caribbean ocean appeal along with the soft blueish-green Turquoise stone is divine!
