SHIPPING POLICY
Every piece of jewelry is handmade by me and are all one of a kind. The photos depicted on my site are representative of the general look and feel of my designs, but please know that each piece will be a little different from one another.
My pieces are not mass produced therefore will never be identical. Therefore, since all pieces are made-to-order, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order(s) to be shipped.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and/or exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact me about this request and for return instructions. Shipping the returned item to me will be the Buyer's responsibility. For your safety, I recommend that any return made to me be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. Once I have received the item(s) (in perfect condition in their original packaging) I can refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply and is at my discretion.
